(Gwala galti karne wali gaay ko to lakut maarta hi hai, kabhi kabhi apni upasthiti ka abhas karane ke liye bhi wah prahar kar-ta hai. Yah prahar kabhi bhi ghatit ho sakta hai. Mrityu bhi isi prakar hamare peechhe rehti hai.....aaur kisi bhi samay apni upasthiti ka anubhav kara sakti hai. Humen is liye chahiye : i) Shresth mrityu ke liye behtar jeewan mulyon ka yogdan karte hue shresth jiwan bitana. ii) Kisi bhi karya,uttardayitva ya faisle ko adhura na chhodne ka prayas karna. iii)wholesome sakaratmak jiwan bitana.-----yah thotha gyan nahin, aisa hona sambhav hai, hum prayas nahin karte......ismen aanshik safaltayen purna saflata ki aor agrasar karti hai.,....aaur hamaa 'Aakhri Safar' 'Antim Yaatra' ya 'Vidai'---Pur-sukoon jeewan ki tarha hi pusr-sukoon hota/hoti hai..........mrityu hamari-'Hum hanse jaag roye.' jaisi hoti hai-------jeewan ke samay hi humara apna, swayam aaur sansar ka aaklan aaur samayojan, humen shanti de pata hai)

(Humen samajhna hai ghrina aaur prem ke dvandav (yugal,yugm,pair) ko. Ghrina ka samna ghrina se karna ‘adding fuel to fire’ hai. Ghrina ka jawab prem se dena aag par pani dalne ke muafik hai. Prem hai: insan ko uske surat-e-hal men sweekar karna aaur uski atmik unnati men madadgar hona. Prem aek ‘positive’ energy hai aaur ghrina aek ‘negative’ energy. Ghrina jalati hai pure vatavran ko jisme ghrina karne wala tatha ghrina ka patra dono hi jal jaten hai. Prem aek sundar aevam sukhad bhavna hai…….yah aek aisa tarika bhi hai jis-se aauron ko uttam vicharon, bhavnaon aaur kriyaon se labhanavit karaya ja sakta hai.Bina koi vanchha kiye, swayam ko bhi is prakriya men labh hasil hota hai. Swachhand kamanaon ko sajagta se talna shuru men kasthdayak sa lagne par bhi anandpurna parinam deta hai........dar-asal humen avashyaktaon aaur swachhand kamnaon ko apne sandarbh men dekhna hota hai...aaur thoda thahar kar makool faisla lena hota hai. Humen apni 'priorities' ka khayal hamari gatividhiyon ko sampadit karne ke muatallik karna hota hai.

( Budh ne kaha hai ki chitt/maan/mind mayavi hai..aek jadugar. Yah rachta hai bimariyon ko aur rach bhi sakta hai unki chikitsa ko.Sabhi prakar ke ‘illusions’-saundarya aaur kurupta, saflata aur aasaflata, dhanadyta aur niradhanta…sabhi yah chitt rachta rahta hai. Aaaur humen rakhta hai yah chitt ‘hypnotize’ kiye hue. Is hypnosis ki awastha se bahir aana hota hai humen, samajh ke chitt ko/mind ko/maan ko aaur usko dekhte hue, uski maya ko sakshi bhav se nirakhte hue.)

(krodh ka pratyutar shanti ki bhavna hai.........krodh ko vijit karne hetu sakshi bhav apnana hota hai.........reaction janit action ko sthagit kar 'cooling' time dena hota hai.
Maan jab shant hota hai tabhi sahi nirnaya hum le sakten hai. Krodh ke pal men nirnay ya kriyanavan ko 24 ghante taal kar dekhiye...fark mehsoos hoga. Kabhi kabhi
negative/reactionary logon se khud ki shanti ko bachane ke liye krodh ka abhinay karna padta hai...magar man shant rahe to abhinay abhinay rahta hai anytha 'fufkarna' bhi anayas anjan men 'katna' ban jata hai......'anger' aek bahut hi tivra 'energy' hai isko rachnatamkta ki aor mod kar hum labh utha sakten hai....pun: hum 'witnessing' ko apana kar krodh pravarti men parivartan la sakten hai.)

Gar Chahite ho saath mera,

Mahaj isiliye,

Hawaon ka chhu jana,
Pehli sans ka rona,
Andhere aur ujale ka khel,

Ghad leta hun,
Ek amurt murti,
'KARTA' ki,
Aur khud ko uljha,
Jag ko bhar-ma,
Chala deta hun shrinkhla,
Un andheron ki,
Jinmen hum dekhte jate hai,
Deep ban-kar,
Khud ko jala kar,
Bas dusron ko,

Pahad aurGilhari men,
Hua tha fasad.
Pahad tha gussaya,
Apni bulandi par itraya.
Keh dala tha gilhari ko:
'Aek adna khudparast'.

Gilhari ne ahista se diya jawab:

Har tarha ki shai aur mausam ki,
Hoti hai jarurat,

Jahan ko basane men bhi.

Magar aap bhi nahin,
Tod sakte ek nanhi si badam.


Fasad=fight. Khud-parast=prig. Adna=petty Shai=object,thing,aricle. Jahan=universe.
Tauhin=insult. Manind=same as. Aausaf=qualities,attributes. Aauakt=status,dignity.
Makool=just,appropriate. Makam=place,house. Liyakat=capability,eligibility.

Mukaffaal rakhte the hum apne dar ko,
Dastaken hasino ki suni jaati thi kabhi.

Bekhwab hua karti thi chandani raten,
Shab-e-mawas roshan hua karti thi kabhi.

Hoti thi mire saath taufik-e-ijitrab,ai sanam,
Warna talab-e-khudkushi hua karti thi kabhi.

Shor-e-baharan chhup ke roti thi khija men,
Gulshan ki udasi humen hansa karti thi kabhi.

Jindagi jeena jaise bhi, to jee lo khushgirami se,
Woh chubhte khar deta hai, to khile gulab deta hai.

Garam tapati dhoop men parishan hona hai bewajib,
Sahra ki tapish men bhi woh chhaon-o-aab deta hai.

Nafrat ki is himakat se girate rahte ho kyon khud ko,
Khuda insan ko mohabbat ka mahaj rabab deta hai.

Khudi ko ibadat men buland kar pata hai jo banda,
Khuda us wali allah ko, sar subha apna adab deta hai.

Bhatkata hai tu rahon men, zustzu ars-e-nashin ki hai,

Khwabon mein bhi sochten hain sirf tujhko

Ajanabi bhi jante hai hale dil mera
